Context
I joined Cloudflare as a PM on the Infrastructure Lifecycle team — a role that required getting up to speed fast across server provisioning, maintenance workflows, and a web of cross-functional stakeholders. No formal onboarding playbook. High technical complexity. Lots of tribal knowledge spread across people, docs, and conversations.
Starting a new role in a complex infrastructure org means drowning in context fast — meeting transcripts, Slack threads, architecture docs, open questions. There’s no good system for making that information retrievable when you actually need it.
